Winter Intersession class registration opens on November 12

Important Winter Intersession Dates

Instructor and Department chair approvals/signatures will only be required if: 1) the class is full, 2) the student does not meet the prerequisite requirements, or 3) the course is a graduate-level course.

Approval signatures from the Instructor, Department chair, & Dean of Graduate Studies are required for all 6000-level courses.

During the Winter Intersession, the maximum number of units allowed per term is 4 units, and there is no overload option.

First-day payment and registration forms will be accepted.

Tuesday,
Nov. 26

Last day to pay and register without a $25 late fee per class. 

Wednesday,
Nov. 27

Late registration begins, and a $25.00 late fee will apply. 

Thursday,
Dec. 19

Last day to withdrawal from all classes and receive a 100% refund (minus a $25 administrative fee).

Friday,
Dec. 20

First day of classes.

Tuesday,
Dec. 24

Census - Final day to register and pay. After this date, students must petition to add classes after the census.

Withdrawal and Refund Dates

Last day for students to drop before the census without a record and receive a 65% refund.

Wednesday,
Dec. 25

Refunds for dropped classes are no longer issued. Withdrawals after this date will be permissible only for serious and compelling reasons, and students will receive a “Withdrawal” on their records.
